Conference : ” European cultural Networks : What are they? How do they operate? Why join networks and how to participate?”

“European cultural Networks : What are they? How do they operate? Why join networks and how to participate?” presented by Point Contact Culture.

Friday, August 29 from 2:30pm to 16pm at Square-Brussels Meeting Center. Registration is free but mandatory via Eventbrite.

EU’s Creative Europe program supports cultural networks. But what are they? How do they operate? Why join networks and how to participate?”

More than a group of organisations, these networks are often precious platforms for sharing information, experience, expertise, and/or mutual support. They can also contribute to cultural policies, and thus strengthen cultural sectors at both local and international level.

We would like this session not only to be a source of information, but also as a stimulus for organisations to cooperate with existing networks and create new areas for cultural activities at the European level.

Panelists:

Jean-Pierre DERU, Fondation Marcel Hicter
IETM (Nan Van Houte)
ENCATC (Giannalia Colgliandro)
European Festival Association
Europa Nostra (Piet Jaspaert)
EUNIC (Charles-Etienne Lagasse)
ON THE MOVE (Marie Le Sourd)
